Battlefield Hardline: 6 Minutes of Multiplayer Gameplay is a trailer that was shown for Battlefield Hardline during Electronic Arts' E3 2014 press conference. The trailer features multiplayer gameplay shown from the perspectives of both the Criminals, who are trying to steal money from two armored trucks, and Law Enforcement, who are trying to apprehend the criminals.
Description[]
Cops need backup and criminals need a crew. Either way teamwork is going to be essential if you're going to pull off that perfect heist or score the big time bust.
Trivia[]
- At the 4:33 mark, a criminal can be heard saying "Don't tase me, bro!" before being tasered, which is a reference to the University of Florida Taser incident, where a student says the same quote before being tasered. The quote has since become a popular catchphrase and joke.
- During the opening of the trailer, one of the video clips show the USG Ishimura, a reference to Visceral Games' critically acclaimed Dead Space.
- Visceral Games' logo can be seen as the Criminal player's emblem throughout the trailer.
- At the end of the trailer, the player, playing as Law Enforcement, is seen spotting a box of donuts. This is a reference to the stereotype that law enforcement officers are shown as always eating donuts during their breaks.
