Battlefield Hardline allows the customization of the appearance of agents, weapons, and their vehicles. Outfits and vehicle paint can be redeemed via an 'outfit voucher,' which may be found inside certain Battlepacks. Such vouchers are outfit/paint specific and thus a 'Stealth Paint Voucher' will only be good for unlocking one vehicle's Stealth paint. Alternatively, outfits for agents and vehicles may be unlocked for that specific agent/vehicle by the accumulation of points while playing as the agent (or in the vehicle).

Agent Outfits
Outfits unlocked for agents via Battlepack vouchers are team specific, meaning that they only be redeemed for that specific faction and class. Note that there are 2 character models to each class per faction and the outfit must be bought for each character model. The unlock criteria for agent outfits are as follows:
- Default: Free (All Classes)
- Elite: 275,000 Points, $250,000 (All Classes)
- Stealth: 275,000 Points, $100,000 (All Classes)
- Team Pride: 275,000 Points, $100,000 (All Classes)
Vehicle Paint
The unlock criteria for vehicle paint are as follows:
- Paint Core: Free (All Vehicles)
- Paint Team Pride: 10,000 Points (Motorcycle), 20,000 Points (Mobile Command CTR), 25,000 Points (Sedan), 30,000 Points (Transport Helicopter), 50,000 Points (Coupe/Attack Helicopter/Armored SUV/Counter ATK Truck)
- Paint Stealth: 10,000 Points (Motorcycle), 20,000 Points (Mobile Command CTR), 25,000 Points (Sedan), 30,000 Points (Transport Helicopter), 50,000 Points (Coupe/Attack Helicopter/Armored SUV/Counter ATK Truck)
