Trivia[]

  • Although not included on the soundtrack or the retail game, Battlefield Vietnam's World War II Mod featured a remixed version of Battlefield 1942's theme on the main menu.
  • The fact that "Ride of the Valkyries" is on the radio list is a reference to the Francis Ford Coppola's 1979 movie, "Apocalypse Now", where there is a scene when several UH-1 Iroquois helicopters play the respective song while inflicting heavy fire on a North Vietnamese village.
