Boosting is a tactic in which players get "free kills" off of a friend. How players do this is by having 3 players: the booster, and two players on the enemy team. The booster continues killing ONE of the enemy players and usually aims for headshots. The "bait" is the player who is boost-killed and keeps spawning on, or in some cases being revied by, his teammate. This continues until the player receives as much "experience" as he/she wants. It is also used on rented servers where two players each on the opposite side. Boosting vehicles or earning trophies.

How to stop BoostersEdit

To stop boosters, it is recommended to inform DICE of the players and their usernames. Also, some may feel the urge to attempt to stop their activity, and intervene while they are cheating. This is called "booster justice". It is less common in Battlefield than in other series because of the large teams and maps.
