I do not see the need to create so many sub catagories within the 'Games' category, it would be better if all the sub catagories would be removed with a list of games snce many of them are cross-platform or just have the PC and Console categories and remove all the different console categories. --Charliekrad 11:03, July 9, 2010 (UTC)

- I disagree, since the Battlefield series has spread to the PC (obviously) and many consoles, these being the Xbox, the PlayStation 2, the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3, but not all games appear on the same console. Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, for example, was released on the Xbox, the PlayStation 2 and the Xbox 360. Battlefield 1943 was only released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. We'd be missing precision in just stating "Console game" rather than the specific console. And wow, I'm late like hell. SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 19:06, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
Well, here's one problem, mostly with statistics. My favorite site for facts regarding Bad Company 2 is http://denkirson.xanga.com/722757523/bad-company-2/. The only problem is that this site gets all its information from the code of the PC version. So, since the last PC update, http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/battlefield_bad_company/archive/2010/10/28/patch.aspx, some weapon behavior is now different between the PC and console versions. ••••Zealot_Guy(talk|blog) 18:36, November 2, 2010 (UTC)
- If you look at the stats for the weapons from the change to the new patch, you can see that there is/should be two different set of damage stats. One for consoles, one for PC. SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 22:41, November 2, 2010 (UTC)
