Go-fast Boats are light boats designed to reach high speeds. They are designed with a long, narrow platform and a planing hull in a V style and are often equipped with two or more powerful engines. Go-fast boats are favored by smugglers due to their speed and the difficulty of detecting them on radar; the Coast Guard and Law Enforcement developed high-speed Patrol boats and RHIBs with the explicit purpose of catching these watercraft.

Trivia[]

  • The in-game description's mention of "a remote weapons system controlled by the captain" is inaccurate, as the driver has no offensive weapons available.
  • Official screenshots show Go-fast Boats appearing on the map Everglades, however, they are not present in the release version.
