Oracle is a character featured in the Battlefield 4 campaign.
Biography
Nothing is known about Oracle. He is only heard at the end of the mission in Baku, in a conversation over the phone between him and Captain Garrison. He is only identified by the subtitles during the conversation. However, the tone of the exchange between them implies he is Garrison's superior.
