A police Ford Mustang in reality.
The Ford Mustang is a civilian car that has been manufactured by the Ford Motor Company since 1964 to the present. It is used by Law Enforcement primarily for interstate speeding enforcement and is well-renowned as a fast and powerful muscle car.
Battlefield Hardline
The Police Interceptor is a vehicle featured in Battlefield Hardline.
Singleplayer
In the Prologue, the player drives a police interceptor in pursuit of a suspect.
Detective Khai Minh Dao drives an unmarked black interceptor in Back to School and later missions.
Multiplayer
The Police Interceptor is available to the Law Enforcement teams on all maps that include vehicles. It is a direct equivalent to the Criminals' Muscle Car. Although it performs similarly to the Squad Car, it is slightly faster and more agile and can only seat two players, one driver and one passenger.

Trivia
In an earlier development build of the game, the Police Interceptor appeared to be a 2014 Ford Mustang GT500, rather than being loosely based off the 2015 model.[1]
