QSZ92
The QSZ-92 in real life. Note the attached laser sight.

The QSZ-92 is a semi-automatic designed by Norinco, a well-known Chinese manufacturing firm. It can be chambered in the Chinese-made 5.8x21mm round or the common 9x19mm Parabellum round; the latter version is more commonly made for exports.

The QSZ-92 is the PLA's sidearm in Battlefield 2. Compared to the USMC's 92FS and the MEC's MR-444, it has very prude sights that make it very hard to aim properly. This puts the QSZ-92 at a disadvantage over the other two pistols since all three sidearms have the same stopping power and accuracy.

As with all teams, players using the Spec Ops Kits and Sniper Kits will have a suppressed version of the weapon.
