The unfinished resort city of Sadiz.

Sadiz is a fictional resort city in Battlefield: Bad Company. It is located off the coast of the Caspian Sea, and is referred to as "the diamond of the Caspian Sea" by Preston Marlowe. The resort city was still under construction at the time the First Russo-American War began, thus, it was never finished. The Middle Eastern Coalition engages the 222nd Army Battalion during the Battle of Sadiz.

First Russo-American WarEdit

Main article: First Russo-American War

The Battle of Sadiz takes place during the events of the singleplayer mission Ghost Town. During the battle, Bravo One Charlie engages MEC forces and later, Legionnaire Mercenaries, throughout the many small towns surrounding the main district of Sadiz.

  • Sadiz may be based on real-life Awaza, a resort city located off the eastern coast of the Caspian Sea, in Turkmenistan. A hotel in this city is also known as "Hotel Serdar"[1].
