But seriously, another modern shooter?... SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 15:14, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
- I think we should start calling DICE "Busy Bee". Seriously, this is what, the fourth videogame they've worked on in the last year? I think it's time they took a rest; their quality is slipping. YuriKaslov 15:20, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
- Mhmm. They're multitasking a bit too much. I think everyone would agree that a really good game outlasts multiple mediocre games. They seem to be rushing everything (MoH) and making everything small (BF1943, BFBC2Vietnam) to compete with Call of Duty. Jeez... SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 15:36, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
- I hope BF3 will be good and not rushed. Frankly, I haven't played a truly great Battlefield game since BF2. Yes that includes BC2. YuriKaslov 16:53, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
- For any hardcore Battlefield fan, BC2 is nothing more than a CoD-influenced disappointment. I still like the game a lot, but I've played the older BF1942 and BFV, and they're a hella fun! Timeless games, really, and I know there are sooooooo many people that are pissed off with DICE because of the lack of support for BC2. BFBC is good, imo. We'll just have to wait and see for BF3... SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 16:58, November 5, 2010 (UTC)
- And maybe an improvement to graphics and physics... I played BF1942, skipped out on 'nam (just like real life! (not really)), and picked up BF2 for PC. I was never really into Battlefield, but 1942 was fun. BC2 is okay, but it isn't really anything special. BF3 needs improved graphics, improved physics, and improved balance. - At least DICE is working with Easy Studios on BFP4F, so DICE can work on BF3.70.30.55.73 00:11, August 13, 2011 (UTC)

On a secondary note, it seems that they're using the MoH skins, or similar skins. YuriKaslov 23:50, November 22, 2010 (UTC)
- I can't really tell. The vast difference between the graphics makes it feel different. The only thing I've really noticed was how the M9 looks and sounds exactly like the one from MoH. SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 01:12, November 23, 2010 (UTC)
- Concidering I've only played BF:BC and BF:BC2, I don't have much idea what the older ones where like. But, in my opinion, BF:BC's multiplayer maps where much better designed. They were fun to play! Too bad the unlock system was stupid and the controls where difficult to use. BF:BC2 is more fun to play, but the maps aren't designed to...to...harness the destruction. And MoH did seem really rushed. I was disappointed to see that there was virtually no destruction what so ever. I hope BF3 has maps like Bad Company's and gameplay like Bad Company 2's Conqueror of all Zombies 03:55, November 23, 2010 (UTC)
- BF P4F is not made by Dice, it is made by EAsy Games. 220.239.222.38 02:10, November 26, 2010 (UTC)
- Grenades are NOT wieldable, please fix that asap. Vunk 00:30, February 22, 2011 (UTC)
Info Removal
Edit
According to Battlefield Play4Free's Facebook page, all info of the beta must be removed. If no one replys to this ASAP, i'll do so. Orlmente 21:45, November 30, 2010 (UTC)orlmente
- It's not stuff from the Beta... It's all stuff taken from the public announce trailer, hence it can't possibly compromise the restrictions given. SSDGFCTCT9 (Talk) 00:58, December 1, 2010 (UTC)

Rainbow Six 3 music?
Edit
I've noticed that the defeat music for BFP4F sounds exactly like the defeat music in Rainbow Six 3. Anybody else notice this? YuriKaslov 00:01, April 15, 2011 (UTC)
Elite / Veteran weapons?
Edit
I started playing P4F yesterday as a break from BF3. As a brand new player, I don't really understand the concept of how somebody recieves veteran and elite weapons, like the Veteran's PKM for example. I know some vet/elite weapons can just be bought, like the USAS, but how do you get the others? THE Ʀооⱪιε

- BFP4F actually completely revamped their weapon system last December.
- Originally, you could get standard, veteran, and elite versions of weapons, but now that it limited to some pistols and shotguns. I'm not sure why they changed it, but they now have an attachment system somewhat similar to BF3, but it requires you to buy the parts with in-game or real currency. Luckily, once bought, they are available for every weapon that soldier will ever own.
