IRL name?[]
What is this vehicle actually called? Because a quick Google search turns up barely anything, and Wikipedia has almost no info on what the Russian VDV uses for vehicles other than artillery and such...

IDK, but I think it is called the VDV buggy, I think it's brand new to the Russian military.~~Commander Lukas~~
- Well yeah, it's allegedly called that in-game per the Fact Sheet, but if it is a new vehicle, then that explains the next to no information on it other than a picture or two.

- If one looks closely at the independent front suspension, wheelbase, transmission and transfer case levers it appears to be a modified Lada Niva. The Niva is a widely produced Russian SUV popular in many countries.~~Anonymous Canadian Lada owner~~
VDV hotrod?[]
I love this better then the growler because it's slightly faster and air-resistant making it a good car to drive around... i wonder if anybody has ever raced with these before?Dan67 15:06, June 17, 2012 (UTC)
