Are these really the Waffen-SS?Edit

I don't really know, but I've looked at a few pictures on your wiki and noticed that the pictures of the "Waffen-SS" guys look more like Fallschirmjager (German paratroopers). It might say so in-game, but I really don't know where to look for these things, but it would seem a bit controversial for DICE to add the SS considering their infamous reputation...

I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that they're Fallschirmjäger from. They're wearing black Stalhelm for one, a trademark of the Shutzstaffel, along with what appears to be Rauchtarnmuster camouflage, which was only issued to Waffen-SS units. Raven's wing ^Talk19:00, August 27, 2012 (UTC)

Technically they are reffered to (atleast in the demo) as the German elite and the british are reffered to as Commandos in-game. But it maybe different in base game.--Slopijoe^{Partant pour la Syrie}09:58, August 28, 2012 (UTC)

AFAIK, they're some sort of German soldiers (Raven's notes seem to correct), and judging by the two with the jetpacks, they're obviously from SWoWW2. I'll have to look what they're called in-game from loading screens and such, but if necessary, we can rename them. PresidentEden78 17:24, August 28, 2012 (UTC)
