The Tariq is an Iraqi-manufactured copy of the Beretta M1951 pistol. It is a semi-automatic pistol that fires the 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge. It can apply an 8 round box magazine and has an effective range of 50 meters. Tariq pistols typically have Arabic stampings and the warrior emblem on the grip. It was once in service with the Iraqi Armed Forces and the Republican Guard of Iraq.
