The Technical in Battlefield 2: Special Forces based on a grey 1980's Toyota Hilux pickup truck. It is used by all factions in the expansion pack. The Technical is fast, but comes at the cost of armor, as it is very easy to destroy one, taking as few as one rocket or mine to destroy one. Each Technical is equipped with a RPK-74, which is located on the dashboard, and a M2 Browning on the bed of the truck. The Technical is the equivalent of the HMMWV and AIL Raider.
