Redundant [show] button Edit

Seems strange that there's a redundant [show] button on this template. Seems to be the same for most collapsible templates on this particular wiki. Any idea what's causing it? I looked through the source and it seemed fine. Same thing in every single browser I use too - I just tried it in Chrome on my laptop and IE9 on my phone, same thing on both.
