An overly casual, yet reliable CO (commanding officer), Victor Ivanovich Reznov is known in the Russian armed forces as one of the few commanders to rise through ranks from private to a Captain due to him cheating death on a constant battles on the battlefield. He takes a particular liking to the heavy tactics, and coordination of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as a current corp commander, thus favoring armor and infantry units. His men tend to appreciate his best of formality, through his superiors sometimes quite considered.

Reznov is extremely respectful towards the "Anyone". He treats him as a friend, partner in duties, equal and even holds as a renowned officer. This Russian comrade is loyal and fierce.
