DICE has recently added Time Limits to ALL matches and gametypes in Battlefield 4. No longer are players able to have infinite long matches depending solely by the score. All conquest rounds for instance are now an hour long by default. When the timer runs out, the winning team, well, wins.

Apparently this is a result of numerous complaints from players over infinitely long match. Obliteration was a major contribute to this as matches could easily go on for hours on end if both teams effectively defended their objectives.

I personally hate the idea. With infinite time, id never think "Oh we've got plenty of time to get that objective" as there was no time to lose, only tickets. While you may not be able to rack as much points in the now non-existent hour+ long matches, fear not because as DICE will soon allow for the "Rent a Server" to return and considering options Server owners have, it would not be surprising if Time Limits could be controlled.
