While this is not confirmed, a rumor has been going around EA and DICE that a free expansion pack will be released for Battlefield as an apology to gamers.
A full week of Double XP and a Pistol scope was released a few weeks ago as an apology but now that they are facing two class action lawsuits as well as much more criticism, they've realized that wasnt good enough.
Now it isnt sure if its China Rising, Second Assault, or another expansion but we'll just have to wait to see. -- awyman13
