The Lead Core Gameplay Designer Alan Kertz has returned from his vacation and is right back to work balancing Battlefield 4. As such, a new patch will be released some time this month that will mainly focus on tweaking gameplay as well as some bugs. You can visit Kertz's twitter here to see some of the items he's tweaking. We'll be sure to post the full changes when the patch officially releases.
