Yes, you read it. It got hinted, old-school style.

On DICE's latest release for the franchise, Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand, the futuristic Battlefield was hinted once again. This teasing of the futuristic series of the franchise was introduced in Battlefield 2: Armored Fury, such as with these examples

For what it seemed, DICE hinted once again some plausible sequel for Battlefield 2142. On North Village, there is a box that has 2143 written in the bottom left corner of it. Although many think it's a coincidence, it is a fact that hints and teases like this were used before, and it seems the same teasing technique was used here.

It is indeed good to praise DICE for the attention put into detail in their games for hints like this to appear.

So what do you all think of this? Do you find this legit or coincidence? Either way, it does raise hopes to 2142 fans like me, as having this game released just between BF2 and the Bad Company, didn't give it much attention from the whole FPS crowd.

The upcoming futuristic game may bring back its signature game mode, Titan. This was only presented in BF2142, but is seen by many the best game mode ever introduced in Battlefield.thumb|right|300px

For those who don't have any idea what Titan is, I'll leave here the Tutorial video showed in-game, if it is of your own interest.

Tell your thoughts on the comments below. If it's true, will you get BF2143? What are your expectations over 2142's signature Titan mode? Any questions about this game, ask me or H2 and we may get it answered for ya ;)
