Re:M16
Edit
I probably shouldn't have reverted all of your edits as a whole, but I found some of the info added was unnecessary. Charcoal121 (talk) 21:57, August 1, 2012 (UTC)
- Well, IRL info is sometimes taken off of pages because it is viewed as being unneeded. Charcoal121 (talk) 22:41, August 1, 2012 (UTC)
- JSYK, detailed IRL info is to be put in its own section (i.e. "behind the scenes" or "trivia") if it's in large quantites per say. Charcoal121 (talk) 02:31, August 2, 2012 (UTC)
Re: Quotes
Edit
I prefer putting them outside the infobox, but it can be done either way.

Question About The Pictures

Do you have any reason why you're uploading the pictures of real life guns in the wiki? ![]()

Re:
Edit
We don't need a history lesson on content about an aspect of a game. Look at the wiki's other pages about general weapons, like Sniper Rifle. Do you see an entire essay about it? Omnicube1 (talk) 17:58, August 4, 2012 (UTC)
- Seems like my answer is already given by Yuri down below. For convenience's sake I'll post what he said here: "We don't need a drawn-out wikipedia article on submachineguns. That's opposite of our stand on IRL info entirely; we have a brief description of the subject in question (including an amount of IRL info)" (And by the way this is coming from an admin so...) Well Go On Ahead
Edit
But about some of the submachine guns being labeled as assault rifles, they are actually carbines (compact versions of assault rifles). The AKS-74U, 9A-91, etc are carbines actually. ![]()
